The municipality owns an RV site located just outside the village center, which includes a washhouse with coin-operated showers and a number of sites with electrical service.  There are also many choices of accommodation, including a motel complete with restaurant and lounge, as well as numerous lodges and bed & breakfasts. Local operators offer fishing charters to the nearby productive fishing grounds. Moorage facilities are available for boat owners. The Dixon Entrance Golf and Country Club is located 5 kilometres from the village centre. Spend an afternoon beachcombing and clam digging on nearby McIntyre Bay Beach or North Beach in Naikoon Park.  Visit the Delkatla Wildlife Interpretive Centre and Sanctuary, situated in town where at least 120 different species of birds have been sighted. A must see in Masset is the quaint Dixon Entrance Maritime museum with intriguing displays depicting the cultural history of this seaside community.

Check with local artists for argillite carvings, hand made jewelry, prints and paintings. Local stores can provide all the necessities as well as mementos of your excursion into the remote natural beauty of the Queen Charlotte Islands/Haida Gwaii.
